Collection: Abdallah Gohar

Born 1916, He worked as a professor and later head of Graphics Department at faculty of fine arts. Gohar is the first Egyptian artist to receive the Italian diploma of Institute Del LibroIrpina. Abdullah Gohar is a member of the board who founded Faculty of Fine Arts AlexandriaUniversity. He was awarded several prizes for his artistic achievements during his long artistic career. Gohar has private acquisitions among many art lovers in Egypt and abroad, in addition to two works acquired by the Congress Library Lob Liana Graphic International. Gohar's works were exhibited in Egypt and abroad in Germany, Tunisia, USA, and others. Abdallah Gohar passed away 2006 after his last and first acclaimed exhibition at Khan Al Maghraby.
