Born in Dakahlia, Egypt 1947. He later earn obtained a Ph.D. in Environmental Impact on the Painting Mural Techniques in Egypt 1987. Was Former dean of faculty of fine arts Alexandria. His works was appreciated locally and internationally, as he’s been participating in many exhibitions since 1978.

Shaker awarded several prizes locally and internationally. Mohamed Shaker is one of the pioneer Egyptian artists, you can feel a perfect unity of performance and structure in his work.

Shaker’s paintings are of high aesthetic value, his style is rich with lights, and his paintings have strange warmth and vividness.
